Built in the early 1980s, Santa Rosa Cove is surrounded by some of the most spectacular mountain views in the desert. Upgrades and renovations designed to take advantage of mountain views are therefore a dominant theme. GL Scrivens has completed over 30 projects in the club maintaining a satisfied clientele. Former projects include the installation of large view windows, kitchen and bath upgrades, significant changes to the entrance and outdoor living areas, spas, fire places, fire pits, lighting and landscaping enhancements to name a few.
